Lead Creep provides lead generation services, including but not limited to:

• Free unverified leads accessible via Airtable
• Subscription-based verified leads delivered weekly
• Lead data including contact information and related business details

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering
• Use the leads in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and TCPA
• Not use the leads for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes
• Not resell, redistribute, or share leads with third parties without authorization
• Comply with all email marketing and telemarketing regulations

4. Lead Quality and Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and verified leads, Lead Creep makes no guarantees regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of lead information
• The success rate of your marketing campaigns using our leads
• The availability or responsiveness of contacts
• The legal compliance of leads with all applicable regulations

Free leads are provided "as-is" and are unverified. Subscription leads are verified to the best of our ability but are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate.

5. Subscription Terms

Subscription services are billed on a weekly or monthly basis as selected. You agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription
• Provide valid payment information
• Authorize automatic recurring charges
• Cancel your subscription in accordance with our cancellation policy

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Refunds are provided at our discretion and in accordance with our refund policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, data, and materials provided by Lead Creep, including but not limited to lead information, are the property of Lead Creep or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the leads for your business purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lead Creep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lead Creep, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

9. Compliance with Laws

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the leads complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

• CAN-SPAM Act (Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography And Marketing Act)
• TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act)
• GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) if applicable
• CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act) if applicable
• Any other local, state, or federal regulations

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
